This is a twilight session with a focus on self reflection, aspects of the role of an Assistant Headteacher and preparing for interviews at leadership level.

This session is ideal for established middle leaders considering their next steps into leadership.

What are the objectives or outcomes?

In this twilight session participants will:

  • Understand the role and demands of an Assistant Headteacher
  • Receive practical, ‘tried and tested’ interview questions
  • Discuss applying for leadership positions

Richard Found

Richard Found

Richard is currently Deputy Headteacher at Sandringham School with extensive experience as a pastoral and safeguarding lead. Richard is passionate about student well-being and delivering the best educational outcomes for all students.  Currently Richard leads on Teaching and Learning and is looking at developing teaching approaches to support 21st century learners.  He has experiences teaching science and leading in a range of educational settings both in the UK and abroad.
