We are keen to ensure that all Early Career teachers have the opportunity to develop networks of subject specific enhancement to supplement their work on the Early Career Framework. This training is open to all ECTs regardless of their ECF provider; we aim to be able to provide strong subject specific networks across our region.
The subject specific enhancement sessions for Drama will take place as detailed below. The method of delivery will be a combination of face-to-face and virtual meetings which will be confirmed prior to each session.
Areas of Focus
The three sessions will introduce you to different areas of teaching Drama. The sessions will explore practical and written elements and where to find balance in this to ensure we are building strong, enthusiastic, creative students who have a passion for the subject.
