Elaine Bridle is currently Associate Head and Senco at Fleetville Junior School. An SLE for SEND, Elaine has an MA in Education and Leadership of SEN and supports new SENCos completing the National Award through her role as a Tutor with the Eastern Partnership and Herts for Learning. Elaine is also the co-Manager and Primary SEND lead for DSPL7 and the School Improvement Lead for SEND with the Spiral Partnership Trust.
