Network | Music Teacher 2023-24
Alban Education are delighted to work with Herts Music Service for this year’s network giving teachers of music a chance to get together to discuss current issues and changes in the music curriculum.
Face to face twilight sessions will be held from 4pm to 5.30pm at either Mid Herts Music Centre or Sandringham School on the following dates:
- Session 1: Wednesday, 6th March 2024
Mid Herts Centre for Music and Arts – Birchwood Avenue, Hatfield, AL10 0PS

A tension exists between teaching the rules of composing and helping students to think creatively. However, research shows students can discover composing concepts naturally through playing with sound.

This network is now funded by Herts Music Service.
